Bio Mass
Bio-Mono PE is a pouch with at least 46% biomass content. It carries USDA certificates and labels and can replace widely used multilayer materials. Its monostructure with biopolymer content reduces carbon emissions during raw material production and makes disposal simple in daily life.

Benefits:
- USDA certified with over 46% biomass content
- Reduces carbon emissions during production
- Replaces multi-layer packaging with a mono-material solution
PCR
PCR refers to materials that have been used, discarded, collected, and processed for reuse in new products.
Benefits:
- Promotes recycling and reuse
- Reduces raw material use and carbon emissions
- Strengthens ESG strategies

Kraft Paper
Kraft paper is a strong, recyclable material produced through the chemical pulping process.
Benefits:
- Recyclable and biodegradable
- Natural, earthy look that enhances eco-friendly branding
- Paper-based alternative to plastic packaging Refill Pouches

Refill Pouches
Refill pouches use less plastic than rigid containers and support sustainable packaging goals. They are lighter, space-saving, and convenient for consumers.

Benefits:
- Uses less plastic and lowers carbon footprint
- Lightweight, compact, and space-saving
- Easy to refill and available with convenient features like spouts or zippers
Mono PE
Mono PE is made entirely from polyethylene layers, unlike conventional packaging that combines different plastics. It is easy to recycle, maintains good sealability and flexibility, and offers a more sustainable choice.
Benefits:
-
- Simplifies sorting and recycling
- More sustainable than multi-material film
- Suitable for products without high barrier needs (e.g., snacks, frozen food)
Limitations:
-
- Lower barrier performance against oxygen and moisture compared to composite films

Mono PP
Mono PP consists only of polypropylene layers such as BOPP/CPP or MOPP/CPP. It is fully recyclable, heat resistant, strong, and glossy, making it excellent for printing and durable packaging.
Benefits:
- Fully recyclable in PP recycling streams
- High heat resistance for microwave or retort use
- Strong, glossy finish with excellent print quality
Limitations:
- May require metalized or coated layers for improved barrier properties
- Some sealing issues on older equipment (often resolved with CPP sealing layer)
